No opening times are posted. What is promised instead is the wait: a written request is answered inside one business day, and that is the undertaking the office will be held to.
Two ways in, and what each is good for
Writing is better for anything with dates or figures in it, because the answer can be checked against what operators hold before it is sent, and because you end up with it in writing.
The telephone is better for the questions that are awkward to type: whether a particular walk is manageable, whether a departure would suit somebody travelling alone, whether it is worth waiting a season.
One number, one direction
This office answers the telephone. It does not call people, and it sends no text messages. Every reply comes back on whichever channel you opened, and nothing goes out from here that you did not ask for.
That is a settled rule rather than a courtesy, and it is the reason there is no marketing list attached to this site.
What the reply will contain
If you named a figure and some weeks, the reply names departures. If you named a departure, the reply confirms whether the operating company has room on your dates and what it would want at booking. If nothing fits, the reply says so and explains why rather than offering a substitute nobody asked for.
Start from the figure you actually have
Requests are taken every hour of every day. A person reads what this collects and writes back inside one business day. Money never changes hands here, and this office holds no card details of yours at any stage.
