The six fields

The figure you selected, how many people are travelling, a departure if you named one, the weeks you can travel, anything you typed in the free field, your name and your email address.

That is the whole of it. There is one hidden field on the form that should always be empty; it exists to catch automated submissions and is discarded.

What is never asked for or stored

Card numbers and bank details, because no payment is taken here. Social security numbers, passport numbers or any government identifier. Medical or health information. Anything about your religion, politics or origins.

If you send any of that anyway, in the free text field, it is deleted rather than filed.

Who the details reach

When you ask for a departure to be priced, your name, your dates and the number of travellers go to the operating company, because it cannot check availability without them. Nothing else goes, and nothing goes anywhere until you have asked for that departure to be priced.

Nothing is sold, rented or passed to any advertiser or data broker.

How long it is kept

An enquiry that does not become a reservation is deleted after twelve months. A reservation is kept for as long as Florida law requires records of the transaction to be kept, and then deleted.

What this site runs

The pages are static files. There is no advertising script, no analytics that identifies a person, no social widget and no third party tracker. A cookie is set only if you have submitted the form, to remember that it was sent.

Asking to see it or have it deleted

Write to the address at the foot of any page or to the email address on the contact page, and say what you want. Requests are answered inside one business day and acted on within thirty days.
