How this site is built
Static HTML with one stylesheet. Nothing on it requires a script to read or to operate. Every control reaches by keyboard in a visible order, and the focus outline is deliberately loud.
Text runs to a measure of around seventy characters and scales with your browser setting rather than being pinned in pixels. Colour is never the only carrier of meaning: the mark beside each figure is a shape, and its meaning is also written out in words next to it and in the alt text.
Every picture has a description written to say what is actually in the frame.
Where it is imperfect
The table of all twenty nine departures is wide, and on a narrow phone it scrolls sideways inside its own box rather than reflowing. That is a real inconvenience and it is named here rather than left to be discovered.
What to tell the desk before a departure is priced
Anything that a day would have to accommodate. How far you can walk and on what surface. Whether stairs without a rail are a problem. Whether altitude has caused you trouble before. Whether you need a room a vehicle can reach directly.
Say it in the free field on the form or in your first email. It is not intrusive to be asked; it is how departures that would not suit get ruled out before anybody spends two weeks arranging one.
What this office cannot promise
It does not run the trips and cannot certify a route, a vehicle or a building. What it can do is put your specific question to the operating company and send you that company's answer in writing, unedited, so you can judge it yourself.
